Hello. My name is Aum. I am a freelance singer so I need to use my voice and my face in my work, but I was unhappy with the fat under my chin. When I sang certain notes, the fat would ripple! When I looked at myself singing it just looked so funny and it was a sore point for me. I really didn’t like it.

I had the procedure and you can see the pictures. Right after the procedure you have to bind your face to help tighten the treated area. First, I was really anxious and was afraid it would hurt, but it didn’t because I was asleep. They use general anesthesia for liposuction, which reduces your pain. If it was only a local anesthesia I don’t think that would have worked. When they were giving me anesthesia I asked the doctor if I would wake up after the procedure. The doctor said, of course, I would. Their anesthesiologist is a specialist and the procedure is 100% safe. I felt much better knowing that.
Today I took off the binding to show you the results. Already the area under my chin is smaller, but the skin is not really tight yet. The doctor had said this would take time, but it would absolutely happen.
After one week the area is tighter and the wounds are drying. The incisions look good so the doctor scheduled an appointment to remove the stitches. During the first week the doctor scheduled appointments at the clinic to clean the wounds to ensure the best results. Since it’s the face it’s important that special care is taken.
Two weeks later and there’s no fat under my chin! The skin is tight. Only the marks from the needles are left, similar to acne marks. The results are so good because I carefully followed all of the doctor’s instructions. The doctor said that after stitches are removed to massage the area under the chin gently so the muscle tightens and heals well.
After three weeks everything looks great. Scars are lighter. Skin under the chin is nice and tight. My chin is more prominent and there’s no double chin. You’re supposed to wear the face binder for about two months, but just three to four hours a day or you can wear it when you’re sleeping to maintain the tone.
After one month the results are so good, I don’t have the words to express my feelings. I don’t have a double chin. My face looks more streamlined and it looks good from every angle.
